If your purchase did not meet your expectations or has arrived damaged please contact kai@kgbonlinestore.com within 7 days of delivery. I will gladly exchange the damaged item or issue a credit.

Made to Order?

Generally, items are made to order and take 3-5 days to manufacture. Candles need an additional 48 hours to cure before shipping.

From where will my order ship?All orders ship from the KGB Studio located in Las Vegas, NV.

Does KGB do custom orders?

Can I repurpose the candle vessel after the candle is fully burned?

Yes, when the candle wax reaches the height of the metal wick stand the candle should no longer be ignited. The remaining hardened wax can be removed from the vessels and the vessel can be repurposed.

To remove the remaining wax:

Pour very hot water into the vessel, allow the wax and oils to melt and float to the surface of the water then discard the wax. Repeat if necessary.

Cracks & Scratches

It’s not unusual for small hairline cracks and scratches to form on the surface of the concrete. Concrete is prone to hairline cracks. These hairline cracks, minor scratches, or even a chip should not interfere with the performance of the candles. Should your candle crack severely please contact me as soon as you notice the issue so we can take the appropriate course of action.

Care Instructions

Hand wash with a clean damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge in water or place in the dishwasher. Not recommended for direct contact with wet food.

All concrete items are sealed with a water-based countertop protective sealer. Prolonged washing can wear the sealer over time. avoid red wine, lemon and lime juice, tomato sauce, and oily foods to avoid staining.

To get the most from your concrete products, use a layer of cooking paper to protect the surface of the concrete when using with food.
